The challenge
Eid is an important celebration for Croydon’s community - but up until this point, it hadn’t been reflected much on the centre’s social channels.
The marketing team wanted to:
Recognise and celebrate Eid in a meaningful way
Showcase gifting, fashion and beauty options from key retailers
Reach and represent the community authentically
Drive footfall in-store during a key seasonal moment
But they needed content that didn’t feel like just another post - it had to feel real.
