Our mission was simple:

  • To drive buzz and conversation about the event.

  • To drive visitors to the event.

  • Reinforce the brand’s objective to change perception by providing reasons to visit Croydon.

  • Increase engagement across social channels

The Process

We had their back every step of the way, taking care of strategy, content creation, and distribution.

Our team worked to create a comprehensive social media game plan for the event, mapping out compelling content for the pre-event, during the event, and post-event phases. We brainstormed catchy event-specific hashtags, offered valuable tips to boost community engagement, and more.

Additionally, we managed their social media channels, ensuring timely content sharing. Our constant interaction with the community included answering queries, conducting interactive polls, sparking lively discussions, and sharing user-generated content produced by event attendees.

Within a tight timeframe of just 8 days, we generated an impressive collection of 20 content pieces. These not only achieved remarkable statistics but also resonated strongly with the community, garnering active engagement and receiving positive feedback.
