SONOVATE

Sonovate is a leading finance and management platform for the recruitment industry. They were attending the Recruitment Agency Expo, one of the biggest events in their calendar with a stand, a team, and a real opportunity to make an impression.

The problem? Turning up isn't enough. Not when every other company in the hall is doing the same thing.

They needed someone to make sure the moment didn't go to waste.

02. The challenge

Sonovate had invested in being at the expo. The stand was booked. The team was briefed. But without a content plan, the event would produce what most events produce - a few photos, a highlight reel, and a LinkedIn post that gets twenty likes.

They wanted more than that.

They wanted to drive real footfall to the stand. Build visibility with people who weren't in the room. And come away with content that kept working after the doors closed.

03. our Approach

We built a full event content strategy around the expo - before, during, and after. Not reactive filming. Intentional capture.

Before the event:
We planned exactly what we needed to come away with. The interviews, the on-stand moments, the b-roll that would give Sonovate flexibility across months of content. We built pre-event content to warm up their audience and signal that something was coming.


On the day:
Our team were on the ground capturing, editing, and publishing in real time. Not just filming what was in front of us, executing the plan we'd already built. High-energy content that drove curiosity and brought people to the stand.


After the event:
The expo ended. The content didn't. Recap content, interview cuts, and lead nurture assets kept the conversation going and extended the value of the two days long after the hall cleared out.

04. The Results

Sonovate came away from a two-day expo with a full suite of content assets

used across their social channels, sales outreach, and internal comms.
